Your orders will be processed immediately after you have confirmed your order with clicking the Pay Now button during the checkout process. It will be delivered swiftly once they have been processed and fit into the shipping schedule.

After confirmation of order, you will receive a call/email within a day, to show acknowledgement and also details and timing of your delivery package.

How to track your order

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Status updates will be emailed to you. You can also check on the status of your order online.

1. Sign in with your Inforcom Account.

2. Click view your order history under My Orders

 

To cancel an order

You are able to cancel an order before it has been shipped. You can check on the status of your order online or alternatively, you can contact via our Live Chat @ inforcom.sg by simply stating your Order ID and our friendly staff will be able to determine the status of your order.

For pre-orders, you can cancel at any time prior to release.


Return and Exchange Policy

“We want you to be happy with our products!”

We will accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 14 days from the date of purchase. Exceptions are stated below. We may deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet our return criteria.

In the rare occurrence that you open your item, and it does not work, Fret not!

Simply drop us an email, or inform our friendly staff at the Live Chat @Inforcom.sg and we shall make immediate arrangements to get it replaced at no extra cost*.


Return Criteria

All products must be returned with reasonable care being taken (i.e. not show wear or damage, and must be in a condition that allows us to be able to resell them). All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original documentation, instruction manuals, registration, parts and components (including cables, manuals, and accessories) and the original manufacturers’ packaging. For software, ink toners and items with manufacturers’ seal, as items must be in conditions that allow us for resell, we will facilitate the request to the respective manufacturers, right for exchanges will be subjected to manufacturers’ evaluation and subsequent replacement of items for return. Failure to include such items may prevent or delay your exchange.
